Good Evening WUSD Families,
Currently we are scheduled to be on a regular schedule tomorrow. We will evaluate very early in the morning and make decisions accordingly if that changes. We understand that these situations are frustrating when information and messaging changes from hour to hour; however there are many variables that go into these decisions that we must navigate. I appreciate and am thankful for your flexibility and understanding.
Thank you,
Superintendent Beebe

We invite you to attend our Health Advisory Committee Meeting that takes place every 3rd Wednesday, 3:30pm-4:30pm at the District Office Conference Room. Today's meeting will be at WHS Cafeteria. Attend this meeting to help update the WUSD Wellness policy. This is your opportunity to implement or update healthier practices (physical activity, healthy eating, cultural activities, mental health, etc) for our youth through the school's wellness policy.

All schools are open today, please drive careful.

Due to the Willits fire, we will cancel the Brookside Back to School Night for tonight and will be rescheduling it.
We are doing this out of consideration for those who are making emergency plans for their families tonight, and our hearts and thoughts are with you.
We will let you know the plans for rescheduling once they are complete.
Thank you.

BGMS Book Fair will be here September 19th through the 23rd. Don't forget to save the date and we can't wait to see you there.

Enjoy your Summer, attached is next years district calendar.

New Superintendent Announcement

Hello Parents.
There were NO emergencies on or near any of our campuses today. We received word from Willits Police Department that they received a call of shots fired near a school. This report was anonymous and provided no details as to the school site. Out of an abundance of caution, the WPD patrolled each school to ensure student safety. Thank you, Superintendent Aldridge

WUSD will have a meeting to get input for the 22-23 school year tomorrow, May 10, from 5:00-6:00 in the district office conference room. We look forward to seeing you there.
