Dear 5th Grade Families and Students,
We hope you are well and in good health. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to your children.
We know you have questions about what the start of the school year will look like and for that reason we arranged for individual instruction and support by means of parent-teacher conferences. Here is an update, if you already had a conference with your 5th grade teachers and received supplies and curriculum, the plan is to have a video conference on Monday, via Zoom or Google Meet to begin and discuss the week’s assignments. You would have received log-in information at the meeting. If your conference with the teacher is scheduled for Monday, supplies and details about your video conference will be given then.
Students and families can go to public internet access areas such as Safeway, Taco Bell, and others, the Willits public library, all district school parking lots, and our tech room at Blosser Lane to access WiFi if you DO NOT have WiFi at home. Students will upload the work for their classes but will not be able to remain on campus all day. We thank you for your patience and support as we launch this virtual learning experience.
